Learn how to make a delicious AND gluten free crust just in time for Thanksgiving! Join Fabiola Donnelly, as she walks us through her favorite gluten free dough, which can be used to make a pie, or a more rustic galette. You’ll have hands on time learning how to roll out dough, how to crimp edges beautifully, and fill and bake an apple pie. Fabi will also demo a pear cranberry galette.
